If you have never visited Las Vegas before, there really is no better time to head to the desert and enjoy a little craziness!
Perfect for a break from normality, a spot of escapism, and basically a spot of total and utter hedonism, Las Vegas really does have it all, including some pretty amazing shows to enjoy too.
Who hasn’t dreamed of checking out a Vegas show at least once in their life?
Well, that dream can easily become a reality and tickets are easier than ever to get your hands on.
Of course, finding official tickets is a must do, because otherwise that piece of paper in your hand, which you spent a small fortune on, really could turn out to be worth nothing at all. Never buy show tickets from touts on the street, and instead stick to either the official Box Office of the theatre itself, or head online and check out reputable sites, such as Best of Vegas. This is where you will find the best deals, and official tickets.
In terms of what you can see, well, it really depends on what you want to see! There is something for everyone, and you can throw every cliché at that statement – it’s still true!
Magicians, huge stars, music, comedy, ventriloquists, acrobats, and everything in-between – Vegas really does have it all.
Some of the world’s biggest music stars have played one-off shows and residences in Vegas, including Celine Dion, Brittney Spears, Rod Stewart, Elton John, to name just a few. Obviously check out the upcoming list of performances before you head there, because there are many one-off shows happening all the time. In terms of residencies however, you do have a little more time to plan, but that doesn’t mean that tickets aren’t going to be in short supply – shop around!
The Blue Man Group has been a Vegas staple for years, but you can also check out Cirque Du Soleil in abundance! There are several variations of the famous franchise currently playing in Vegas, and several of these are not available anywhere else in the world. If you’re a Michael Jackson or The Beatles fan, there is a show by the famous acrobats for each.
Criss Angel plays his amazing Mindfreak show at The Luxor, or check out the hilarious but rather kooky Carrot Top. If you love magic some more, Penn & Teller have been in Vegas for years – the list really does go on.
We can’t describe every single show that is playing in the desert, the list is too long, but one thing is for sure – a visit to Vegas is not complete without a show.
